Our preclinical Contract Research Organization is able to price pre-clinical testing far below other CROs since we have a very low overhead in the U.S. and perform all studies in Kiev where labor and facility costs are much lower. Our team in the U.S. consists only of the organization principals who work directly with customers; we don’t have any promotion costs aside from our web site, and no central offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower research conduct costs in Ukraine due to much lower personnel rates and are happy to offer our most attractive rates for long-term and more intricate pre-clinical tests where labor is the most significant part of the overall cost. Because we use the same stable international providers for animal models, reagents and lab materials as other CROs, we have no cost advantage on these items and thus less overall cost savings for very short-term pre-clinical studies.
